For over eighteen years
Erik has been studying and
practicing within the landscape
industry.  He obtained degrees in
Arboriculture & Park Management
and Landscape Architecture from the
Stockbridge School of Agriculture and
the University of Massachusetts.  Since
then Erik has gone onto practice
professionally at various landscape 
construction companies throughout the United
States along with working at nationally recognized
organizations including: The Walt Disney World
Company, Bartlett Tree Experts and VHB, Inc.

Erik's diverse academic and professional background has
lead to designing and managing a multitude of projects in
New England, Nantucket, Virginia, Illinois, Texas, and Arizona. 
His work has lead to various awards from the Massachusetts
Horticultural Society.  And in the past few years Erik has made a
commitment to learning and researching new practices such as
sustainable design, water efficiency, bio-infiltration systems and low
impact development (LID).  He has also been extensively involved with
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Efficient Design) projects and is LEED
trained.

Most importantly, Erik's work ethic focuses heavily on developing close
relationships that foster honesty, integrity, creativity, dedication and a passion for
constructing functional and distinct places.  These qualities have helped guide
developers, builders, architects, engineers and homeowners successfully solve difficult
landscape issues throughout the design, permitting and construction phases.
