consultants to develop a theme for defining this
community in Mansfield, Massachusetts. This
multi-family residential development encompasses a
variety of amenities defining a very distinct sense of
place not found in many other communities.

• Enhanced BBQ spaces with built-in masonry grills.
• Pergola structures that compliments the architecture and
  adjacent spaces.
• Decorative lighting enhances spaces at night while also providing safety.
• Low Impact Development practices including: native plants, wildflower meadows, drip irrigation, Dark Sky compliant fixtures, and low voltage lighting.
• A distinct use of veneer stone defines the character of the community.
