The project started with a more unique
palette. The concrete footings for the cabana,
spa and pool were already constructed. In
addition to many other complex design initiatives,
all three elements created an interesting and inviting
challenge for EJB Designs. After a year long design and
bidding process, the construction finally began in the early
fall of 2008 and ended in the late fall of 2009.
