This 250 unit multi-family apartment community was designed to respond sensitively to the surrounding wetlands and residential community. EJB provided site planning guidance to situate buildings in an efficient arrangement and accommodate amenities within smaller open spaces that would be appealing to tenants.
Landscape architecture services included the design of signage, bbq structures and pergolas, poolscape, totlot, paths and grading & drainage.
